　　首先来说一下在打造生产线设备的时候安装步骤，轴承座的安装是将固定端一边放置螺杆后，使用扳手固定螺丝，在此需要稍微的锁紧螺帽。

　　注意事项：

　　1、在安装生产设备之前请带好相关安全防护装置；

　　2、安装完成后请勿将轴承座再拆开来，这样设备很有可能会出故障；

　　3、请不要刮坏上面的油封。

　　底部安装：

　　1、使用时吧滚珠丝杆螺帽安装在工作时间内，还需要将螺帽插入鞍座时要轻微的把它锁设；

　　2、将固定端及支撑端轻设到基座上去。把它的一端对准轴中心面鞍好，这样就能使工作时平滑移动，调整各方面的位置，直到每个地方都可以平滑的移动，请务必需要固定好在操作。

　　3、方形和圆形轴承座最大的区别就是形状，其次就是用途和承受力了，方的呢是偏薄的材料制成，圆形相对比就比较厚一些，但其实差距不算大，一般还是会用前者，因为比较好安装，这才是最关键的。
