2.产量不符合设计指标:有些设计没有考虑悬挂方式、悬挂距离、升降坡度和水平转弯的干扰,生产时间没有考虑产品的废品率、设备利用率和高峰生产能力。结果,输出达不到设计准则。
3、输送设备设计不当:工件的输送方式有多种,设计不当,对生产能力、工艺操作、上下件都会产生不良后果。常见的是悬挂链运输,其承载能力和牵引能力需要计算和干涉图。链条的速度也需要设备的匹配。涂装设备对链条的平稳性、同步性也有要求。
4、工艺时间不够:有的设计为了降低造价,通过减少工艺时间来达到目的。常见的例子有:预处理过渡期时间不足,导致液体串;固化过程中没有考虑加热时间,导致固化不良。油漆流平时间不足导致漆膜流平不足;固化后,冷却不够,工件在喷漆(或下一个零件)时过热。
5、未考虑设备节能问题:当前,能源价格变化很快,而设计时,未能考虑这些问题,使得用户生产成本较高,有些用户不得不在使用较短时间内重新改造和购买设备。
6、设备工艺参数选择不当:目前,涂装线工艺参数选择不当的现象十分普遍。首先,选择单个设备的设计参数下限。第二,对设备系统的匹配重视不够。第三,头部没有完全设计好。
7、配套设备缺项:涂装生产线关联设备较多,有时为了降低报价,就省去了一些设备。也没能向用户说明,造成扯皮。常见的预处理加热设备、喷涂设备、送风设备、排气管设备、环保设备等。

2. The output does not meet the design indicators: some designs do not consider the interference of suspension mode, suspension distance, lifting slope and horizontal turning, and the production time does not consider the product rejection rate, equipment utilization rate and peak production capacity. As a result, the output fails to meet the design criteria.
3. Improper design of conveying equipment: There are many ways of conveying workpieces. Improper design will have adverse consequences on production capacity, process operations, and upper and lower parts. The most common is suspended chain transportation, and its carrying capacity and towing capacity require calculation and interference diagrams. The speed of the chain also needs to match the equipment. Painting equipment also has requirements for the stability and synchronization of the chain.
4. Insufficient process time: In order to reduce the cost, some designs achieve the goal by reducing the process time. Common examples are: insufficient pre-treatment transition period time, resulting in liquid string; during the curing process, heating time is not considered, resulting in poor curing. Insufficient paint leveling time leads to insufficient paint film leveling; after curing, the cooling is not enough, and the workpiece is overheated during painting (or the next part).
5. The energy conservation of equipment is not considered: Currently, energy prices are changing rapidly, and these issues are not considered when designing, which makes the user's production cost higher, and some users have to remodel and purchase equipment in a short period of time.
6. Improper selection of equipment process parameters: At present, the phenomenon of improper selection of process parameters of coating lines is very common. First, select the lower limit of the design parameters of a single device. Second, insufficient attention is paid to the matching of equipment systems. Third, the head is not fully designed.
7. Lack of supporting equipment: There are many related equipment in the coating production line. Sometimes in order to lower the price, some equipment is omitted. It also failed to explain to the user, causing wrangling.
