　　流水线生产线插件线的组合及配置可任意变化，每台机长为3M，2.4M两种可随时变更，组成及配置，插件线速度可用变速旋钮调整所需输送速度，宽度可与电路板宽度随时高速，机身由铝合金构成，操作摇杆可轻易调整插件宽度30-320mm，基板与插件线接触面只有2.5mm。

　　流水线插件线结构美观，轻巧方便，实用性强，灵活组合。通常每2米或2.4米为一基本单元进行传动或调宽，专用铝合金导轨，靠近操作面一边导轨固定，另一边可移动，并通常放置料盒架，保证操作每一次拾取元件距离最小，提高生产效率，常规适用基板宽度50-300MM。

　　1.流水线线体配置：日光灯；电风扇；工艺图板；工具箱配有电源插座(正规电源是110V，因为考虑到人身安全，所以在现在的自动化流水线体上都会采用到110V电压供电) ；摇杆；元件盒；EM操作手册说明书架。线体高度为2M，其中工作面高度可调；线体长度根据产品的装配工艺编排计算得出。

　　2.流水线线体结构设计美观大方，机架采用模具生产，一致性好，矩形管、板材选用优质标准材料，采用喷塑工艺。整条线充分体现现代电子厂自动化生产特征。线体由若干个标准型2米单元组成。每个单元为相对独立的整体，工作高度720~760可调，照明采用30W直管荧光。

　　3.安装调整心托辊组：有多种类型如中心转轴式、四连杆式、立辊式等，其原理是采用阻挡或托辊在水平面内方向转动 ，阻挡或产生横向推力使皮带主动向心，达到调整皮带跑偏的目的。平常在流水线设备总长度较短时或流水线设备双向运 行时采用此方法比较合理，缘故原由是较短流水线设备更容易跑偏并且不容易调整。

　　4.调整承载托辊组。流水线的皮带在整个皮带输送机的中部跑偏时可调整托辊组的位置来调整跑偏;在制造时托辊组的两侧安装孔都加工成长孔，以便进行调整。详细方法是皮带偏向哪一侧，托辊组的哪一侧朝皮带前进方向前移潍坊设计，或另外一侧后移。
