　　这种驱动方式多用于长距离、大运量输送，可以在机头、中间或机尾等部位安装传动滚筒，这样可以使胶带的最大张力降低很多，我们也可以用普通胶带代替强力胶带及钢丝绳皮带流水线。

　　第四种：摩擦传动

　　摩擦传动又可以分为中间胶带摩擦传动和双层摩擦传动，而中间摩擦传动是在双滚筒或头部多滚筒之后，另外安装短皮带机承托皮带机的负荷，这样不仅可以使胶带的最大张力降低很多，而且还可以为厂家节省不少的生产成本。这种方式比较适合长距离、大运量的皮带流水线使用。
