  在开车调试中,首先要进行空载运行调试,调试的主要任务是纠正输送带的跑偏,当调整承载侧输送带时一定要从装载滚筒开始沿输送带的运行方向向前进行。要边调托辊边注意观察输送带的运行情况,切不能多点同时进行调整。在弯曲段经调试可使得输送带稍微向内跑偏。要注意每组托辊的安装支撑角基本相同。同样,回空侧输送带要从卸载滚筒开始沿输送带的运行方向向前调试。在空载调试经一定时间运转正常后,可以进行加载调试。实践证明,如空载运转正常,加载运行一般不会有问题或经稍微调试就能投入正常运转。

Practice has proved that if the no-load operation is normal, there is generally no problem with the load operation or it can be put into normal operation after a little debugging.
